CDAPH

Commission des Droits et de l’Autonomie des Personnes Handicapées

La CDAPH est une commission indépendante qui se situe au sein de la MDPH. Elle évalue les besoins de compensation liées au handicap et prend des décisions concernant l’attribution de diverses prestations sociales et reconnaissance administrative comme la RQTH.
Elle a remplacé la COTOREP en 2006.
