Après deux expériences en ressources humaines pendant lesquelles elle se professionnalise sur le recrutement et la formation, Sarah rejoint le Cap Emploi de Seine-Saint-Denis en 2019 en tant que Chargée de mission Emploi Handicap. Pendant plus de 3 ans elle accompagne des entreprises dans la mise en œuvre de leurs politiques handicap, accompagne des candidats vers l’emploi et anime un réseau d’acteurs de l’emploi sur le département.

Sarah rejoint Atouts & Handicap en 2023 en tant que consultante formatrice.
