Après des expériences dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle, Gwenaëlle rejoint en 2014 la délégation régionale Ile-de-France de l’Agefiph où, pendant 6 ans, elle co-crée le réseau des référents handicap francilien, développe des projets sur l’alternance et les accords collectifs et suivi les plans d’actions handicap d’entreprises.

Après une année de partenariat avec Atouts & Handicap, elle rejoint son équipe en 2023 en tant que consultante formatrice. Elle a en charge la co-animation du Réseau des Référents Handicap de la délégation régionale Ile-deFrance de l’Agefiph.
