Accord d’entreprise signé avec les partenaires sociaux et agréé par la Direction Régionale de l’Économie, de l’Emploi, du Travail et des Solidarités (DREETS). L’agrément exonère l’entreprise de payer sa contribution à l’URSSAF en cas de non-respect de l’Obligation d’Emploi de Travailleurs Handicapés (OETH). Les fonds initialement dédiés à la contribution sont réaffectés au sein de la mission handicap de l’entreprise.
